Mail infrastructure also uses OVHcloud, with encrypted off-site Postal backups stored on Scaleway. Inbound routing, payments, optional Google sign-in, notifications and connected assistants involve other providers. Their roles are explained in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The website, interface, text, visuals, trademarks and software are protected by the rights of their respective owners. Reuse must comply with applicable law and any permission or licence granted. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences.

Using mailcontact does not transfer ownership of your projects or messages to MAXKEN. You and the people who send messages retain your respective rights. The limited permissions needed to receive, store, display and deliver your messages are described in the terms of use.

Service terms and personal data

The terms of use explain account access, quotas, notifications and acceptable use. The terms of sale explain the current commercial status of the service.

The privacy policy describes personal data, cookies, audience measurement, recipients and your rights. It is a separate document from the service terms.

The data processing agreement covers personal data handled in customer inboxes on the customer’s instructions.

For a content report, identify the relevant project address, form URL or message, explain the issue and provide a way for us to reply. Send only the information needed to investigate; never include passwords or other access credentials.
