Why mailcontact exists
mailcontact was built to make it easier to keep up with messages from several websites or apps.
A visitor fills in your contact form, and you read their message in mailcontact. Pro and Plus also give each project a contact email address. Alerts tell you when someone writes.

One contact setup for several projects.
A portfolio, a client website and a booking app can all bring in messages. Each needs contact details, a place to receive messages and a way to answer. MailContact brings those pieces together in one account.
mailcontact keeps those messages in one place, with a separate inbox for each project. Connect a contact form on your website or app using the code we provide. On Pro and Plus, you can also share an address like [email protected]. When someone writes, you can get an alert by email, Slack or Discord.
Check all inboxes together, filter conversations that need a reply and follow up from your project address on Pro and Plus. You can also connect your own AI assistant through MCP to find conversations and help prepare answers, with permissions you choose.
On Pro and Plus, share selected inboxes with a client or teammate. They can join with a Free account to read messages or help answer them.
